Refunds and Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of family tree products, refunds or exchanges are not available after delivery of the final product.

Cancellation Policy

• A $100 deposit initiates your custom family tree project.

• You may cancel within 48 hours of deposit for a full refund.

• After 48 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

• Project cancellation may occur before project approval, with the non-refundable deposit retained and no further payment required.

Shipping Guarantee

• Lost or damaged shipments will be replaced at no cost if reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
