Services Offered

Adams Family Lines provides:

• Custom genealogical research services

• Family tree design services available as digital-only or digital-and-physical products

Payment Terms

• A $100 deposit initiates your custom family tree project.

• Final payment is due within 30 days of project approval.

• Accepted payment methods are Stripe, Venmo, and EFT.

• All pricing and fees are in USD currency.

Design Refinement and Approval Policy

• Digital watermarked proof of the final product will be emailed to the client.

• Includes up to 5 rounds of refinements within the same design format (e.g., Full Ring, Pedigree Landscape).

• Format changes require additional effort and incur a $50 fee.

• When client is satisfied with the proof, client will provide written approval. This will signify the “Project Approval” stage.

Cancellation and Refunds

• A $100 deposit initiates your custom family tree project.

• You may cancel within 48 hours of deposit for a full refund.

• After 48 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

• Project cancellation may occur before project approval, with the non-refundable deposit retained.

• Due to the custom nature of family tree products, refunds or exchanges are not available after delivery of the final product.

Digital and Physical Deliveries

• Digital: Delivered within three business days of project approval.

• Physical Prints/Frames: Production begins within five business days; shipping timelines vary.

Shipping Guarantee

• Lost or damaged shipments will be replaced at no cost if reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Intellectual Property

• Family tree designs are for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• Research is based on available records and may contain inaccuracies.

• Adams Family Lines is not liable for errors in third-party services or beyond the project's cost.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, Hamilton County.
